National Voters Day
Students and faculties of Khelhoshe Polytechnic Atoizu (KPA) observed 13th National Voter’s day along with the rest of the country on 25th January 2023 at the Institute auditorium.
An Awareness Campaign on harmful effects of tobacco and COPTA Act 2003 was conducted on 19th Febrauary 2025 at Khelhoshe Polytechnic Atoizu, with Dr. Rosie Yhome, CMO Zunheboto as the speaker. The students were empowered with valuable knowledge on tobacco control and oral health
Samagra Shiksha Wokha Unit visited Khelhoshe Polytechnic Atoizu on 27th February 2024 for Exposure trip within state for elementary level 2023-2024 under RAA.

The National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi has granted accreditation to three Programs at Khelhoshe Polytechnic Atoizu. This made KPA the first polytechnic in Nagaland to achieve this important milestone. The accredited Programs are namely Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

As per the Govt. notification, Khelhoshe Polytechnic, Atoizu, observed International Yoga Day on 22st June 2026 with active participation of the staff. The programme was organized within the college campus to promote physical fitness and mental well-being.
